Registration for the 2023 Jefferson County Summer Rec League will open January 1st. Girls who have birth years between 2006 and 2018 may sign up to play. Practice is usually two days a week and games are mostly during the week. Practices will not start until late March/early April 2023. Each age group will have an end of year tournament around the middle of July. Click here to find out more.
Here is a breakdown of ages, amount of games, and cost.
TBall (2016-2018) - $100
Coach Pitch (2015-2016) - $100 *2nd year 2016 players should play Coach Pitch
8U and 9U (2013-2014) - $230
10U (2012) - $230
12U (2010-2011) - $230
14U (2008-2009) - $230
16U (2006-2007) - $230 - this age group will happen if there are enough players from the different associations. Full refunds are guaranteed if this age does not have enough players.
Uniform shirts are included in the registration fee. The rest of the uniform will be purchased on your own. Players will need black softball pants. Socks and belts will be determined by individual teams. You can purchase pants, socks, belts, and other spirit gear through Renegade B&H Sports.
What does you registration fee go towards?
Your registration fee helps us pay for the following items/services:
Field use for both practice and games
Field preparation for games
Rental of rooms for equipment and meetings
Non-profit Filing Fee
Coach Background Checks
Credit card fees for registration

Payment Plan - Three equal payments. First payment due at registration...second on March 15th...third on April 15th.

Refund Policy: Our association counts on players to register ahead of time so we know how many teams we will need to create and account for our other expenses, such as jersey shirts. Before May 1st, there will be a $75 fee held if a player decides to register and then decides they would not like to play later. $75 is held because of jersey shirts and other expenses. After May 1st, no refunds will be given, as the season has started and our association has paid our fees to the league.
A full refund will be issued if we do not have enough players to create a team at a certain age group and we are not able to place your player on a team.
